He is a TEP – Trust and Estate Practitioner – and full member of STEP – The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Adriano holds a PhD in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP), an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (USA), and a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton Business School.
He currently teaches postgraduate courses at the law schools of Insper, Galicia, and EPD in São Paulo. He is also the author of the book “Direito Societário Aplicado às Fusões e Aquisições: Sociedades Anônimas Fechadas e Empresárias Limitadas” (Ed. Dialética, 2023).
